In this sermon, we looked at Paul’s response to the hardship and difficulty he had faced in his life: He chose to focus on Jesus and His provision. Paul knew the faithfulness of Jesus to provide for him before and he was confident that Jesus would provide again, this time through the support of other believers. Like Paul, when we are facing difficulty and struggle, we must choose to remember what Christ has done for us in the past and confidently trust that He will provide light in the darkness of our current and future struggles.
